A Drawing Workshop for Full Moon
With visual artists Judith Heald, Julia MacLaurin and dancer Karlee Rene Bowlby.
Visual artists Judith Heald and Julia MacLaurin will lead this drawing workshop, guiding participants to make pictures of dancer Karlee Rene Bowlby. Karlee will be creating a dance piece in response to this moment of full moon and tide.
Using black, white and blue we will explore ways to paint and draw Karlee’s movement and rhythmic line and flowing washes.
The session culminates with an expressive collaboration between dancer and artists.
