By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
All tickets are non-refundable.
Crail Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person without refund.
Crail festival reserves the right to make any changes to the lineup or schedule.
All attendees must comply with the festival's code of conduct and any other directives shown on the ticket.
The festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.

'Unreserved seating' means that the venue has seating available on a first-come, first served basis. If your party would like to sit together, we suggest that you arrive in good time before the event, but we can't guarantee that this will always be possible. However, we do our best to accommodate everyone and ensure that everyone has a great time at Crail Festival.
If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, contact TicketSource support and their team will be happy to help. Make sure you have your order number or the card you used to buy the tickets readily available. If you have reported your stolen tickets to the police, please include your crime reference number.
However, you may be able to use your damaged tickets if you have at least one clear barcode that can be scanned.
For damaged or destroyed Print-at-Home tickets, you can print your tickets again from the link in your confirmation email.
Can you post my duplicate tickets?
We don’t post out duplicate tickets as it could cause problems at the venue or allow someone else to use your tickets without our knowledge.
If your tickets go missing in the post, the safest way to make sure you get into the event is for us to change your delivery method to Box Office collection. Once we process the change, the original tickets will be void and the new tickets will only be released to the cardholder when they're collected at the venue.
Yes, you can now safely transfer and store your tickets in your Apple or Google Wallet. To do this, all you have to do is click the link to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in the booking confirmation email you receive from TicketSource, our ticketing partner. This way, you'll never have to worry about losing your tickets anymore.
