How long will it take for me to receive my tickets?

Accepted Answer

We aim for you to have your tickets delivered within 5 minutes of completing your print-at-home or mobile ticket order. However, if you have opted for 'standard post', your tickets may take up to seven days to arrive. Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address and contact us if you have not received your tickets within the expected timeframe.

May I add my tickets to my digital wallet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can now safely transfer and store your tickets in your Apple or Google Wallet.  To do this, all you have to do is click the link to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in the booking confirmation email you receive from TicketSource, our ticketing partner.  This way, you'll never have to worry about losing your tickets anymore.
